TradePages is a directory that aggregates publicly available information about tradespeople in South Africa. We are an information service, not a trades business. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any tradesperson listed on the Site.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we take reasonable steps to verify listing accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site for lawful purposes only
• Not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download business data for commercial use
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or infrastructure
• Verify tradesperson credentials independently before hiring
• Not submit false or misleading information

TradePages is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a tradesperson found through the Site
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated business information
• Service quality, workmanship, or conduct of any listed business
• Temporary unavailability of the Site

You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting tradespeople. We recommend checking qualifications, requesting references, and obtaining written quotes before engaging any tradesperson.

The Site's design, layout, and original content are owned by TradePages. Business listing data is aggregated from public sources and presented for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site's content without written permission.

Businesses are listed based on publicly available data. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement. If you are a business owner and wish to update or remove your listing, contact us at hello@tradepages.co.za.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
